inVoker VR Game on ZMVR Platform

Upon its release on the ZMVR platform, inVoker received widespread acclaim. Developed by American studio 8th Coast Limited, the game features four types of mages with distinct attributes: Cyclone, Earth, Frost, and Flame, delivering an exhilarating experience. It supports Chinese language, offers straightforward controls, and includes a beginner’s guide. Multiple game modes are available, such as Single Player and Multiplayer modes.

The ZamerVR platform provides two download options for games: the first allows free download with a fee charged each time the game is launched; the second requires an initial download fee with no subsequent charges. inVoker adopts the first model. Following its release, users eagerly downloaded and tested the game, providing valuable feedback to DreamTech staff. One particularly constructive suggestion was to increase the number of overseas blockbusters on the platform, a direction the company is actively pursuing.

According to the developers of inVoker, the game underwent continuous communication with the DreamTech team prior to its ZMVR launch. The primary focus was on Chinese language support and localization. Simplification of game controls was also prioritized. Through collaborative efforts and repeated revisions to better suit the Chinese market, the game was finally released, underscoring DreamTech’s high level of commitment.

inVoker utilizes the first download model. On its release day, downloads surpassed one thousand. Testers provided extensive feedback to DreamTech, including the recommendation to add more international hits to the platform.

The mages in inVoker are equipped with five spells: Slow (slows enemy projectiles), Split (divides projectiles into two), Shield (blocks one enemy attack), Lock-On (targets enemies), and Summon Pet (summons a pet to attack enemies). The game includes four battle scenarios: Passage, Church, Forest, and Stone Bridge. The art style is relatively cartoonish. To better adapt to the Chinese market, developers incorporated a beginner’s tutorial, significantly reducing the guidance burden on experience centers and adding a localized touch.

It is reported that DreamTech has expanded its partnerships overseas and warmly welcomes VR content teams interested in collaboration to contact its business department
