The Pimax 8K series features a 200-degree field of view, closely matching natural human vision, allowing users to utilize peripheral vision without excessive head movement. With 8K or 5K resolution per eye—the 8K model boasting over 16 million pixels—the headsets deliver unparalleled clarity, blurring the line between virtual and reality. Weighing just 470g (half the weight of previous generations), the ergonomic design includes an upgraded facial foam interface for comfortable, pressure-free wear. Beyond proprietary PiTracking laser positioning, the series supports Lighthouse 1.0 and 2.0 tracking, compatible with SteamVR 1.0 and 2.0.
